Pepper, being the runt of her litter, is pretty small probably coming up to about an average cats shoulder when she's fully grown. She has a rounded face with a pretty light pink nose and pure white whiskers that fan out across her cheeks. As far as pelt she is a light gray short haired cat with darker flecks of gray dusted throughout her body. Her eyes are a bright green, almost exactly the color of a fresh mint leaf.

Although she is small in size Pepper surely makes up for it with her larger then life attitude. She's a bit of a flirt, often drooling over the young warriors that come in for herbs and such even though she can't have a mate. Pepper also has a very strong wit and short temper, hardly anything gets past her. Her fiery attitude is rather unusual for a medicine cat but she has a secret soft side that she has a hard time accepting. She may have a tendency to 'talk big' but she really couldn't hurt a fly and her worst fear is to have a cat die under her care.

Pepper doesn't have a very interesting history. She was born in Bloodclan and for a short time she trained to be a warrior, but during her training her mother and siblings got sick. It nearly drove her mad watching them get sicker and not being able to help them. After they had died Pepper decided to give up on being a warrior and train as a Medicine cat, so she would never again have to feel that helplessness.

Painted is built rather lean with a long slender tail and slightly shorter legs then on your average cat. Her face is angular but gets more rounded around her cheeks with small ears that are a bit rounded at the points. Probably her most striking feature are her eyes which are a deep gold-yellow with hints of green and lighter yellow mixed throughout almost like a kaleidoscope. As far as her fur goes Painted has a feathery calico pelt with patches of ginger and black tabby. During the winter her think fur is very good at keeping her warm although in the summer it creates a bit of a shedding problem.

Painted is purely a visionary, she can spend hours just contemplating her very existence. Although this causes her to get distracted rather easily, often stopping in the middle of sentences or wandering off alone to explore. To those who don't know her very well she's irresponsible and spacey, not driven like the proper warrior should be. She doesn't mind their harshness though and is fiercely loyal despite her tenancy to fade in and fade out on reality. Painted does have plenty of flaws though number one being her temper. Even though she is often calm and peaceful if any cat were to cross her they've got another thing coming and once you get on her bad side there's a very slim chance she'll ever think twice of you. As well as hot-headed she is known for being irrational when upset or angered, often requiring a few days to come around. Despite all this though Painted is a kindhearted cat with dreams way to big for her mind to contain.

Born to a former Shadowclan cat, Painted grew up along side her mother and younger sister. Her mother taught her the ways of the Clans and even told stories about their history and adventures. As for her father, who was a exiled Windclan cat, has never really been in her life. He only stuck around til the kits were born and then he hit the road without a trace. Painted was separated from her mother and littermate during a blizzard when she fell through a snow drift. She still hopes to find her mother and sister some day although she's almost given up hope on that ever happening. After the blizzard Painted ended up wandering into Shadowclan territory where they took her in and trained her to hunt and fight as a warrior. She is extremely grateful to them for taking her in and would fight to the death to defend Shadowclan

Alright, I hadn't seen anything about this and I apologize if it's in the rules somewhere I must have missed it.
Are characters of different sexuality's allowed? I had an idea for one but I wanted to make sure if that was alright on this site ^^
